Another fantastic transformation completed in beautiful Ocean View 🌿

This property had an ageing septic, greywater and grease trap setup with failing trenches funnelling untreated effluent directly into the livestock paddock — unfortunately impacting the freshwater supply as well.

The old system had reached the point where a proper long-term solution was needed.

We converted the entire setup into a modern single tank Taylex ABS poly HSTP system designed specifically for the property and site conditions.

Despite the tricky location and challenging access, the installation was completed smoothly and efficiently with minimal disruption to the homeowners 👌

The result?

What a transformation at this Cashmere property! 👏

This septic-to-HSTP conversion has completely changed the look and feel of the home.

The property originally had multiple old septic tanks located right near the entertainment area — taking up valuable space and impacting both the presentation and usability of the yard.

➡️ We removed the outdated setup
➡️ Installed a brand-new Taylex HSTP system well away from the home
➡️ Opened up the outdoor living area
