End of Lease Bond Clean Checklist
General
☐ Remove all cobwebs
☐ Dust all surfaces, skirting boards, and light fittings
☐ Clean doors, door frames, and handles
☐ Wipe light switches and power points
☐ Vacuum all floors and mop hard floors
☐ Clean inside windows (where accessible), tracks, and sills
☐ Spot clean walls (where possible)
☐ Empty all bins
Kitchen
☐ Clean inside and outside cupboards and drawers
☐ Clean benchtops and splashbacks
☐ Deep clean sink and taps
☐ Clean stovetop and rangehood (including filters)
☐ Clean oven inside and outside
☐ Clean dishwasher inside and outside (if applicable)
☐ Clean microwave inside and outside (if applicable)
☐ Wipe all appliances externally
Bathrooms
☐ Clean shower, screens, tiles, and grout
☐ Remove soap scum and mould where possible
☐ Clean bath
☐ Clean toilet inside and out
☐ Clean vanity, basin, and taps
☐ Polish mirrors
☐ Mop floors
Bedrooms & Living Areas
☐ Dust all surfaces including heatpump/filters
☐ Clean wardrobes, shelves, and drawers
☐ Wipe skirting boards
☐ Vacuum carpets or mop hard flooring
☐ Clean mirrors (where applicable)
Laundry
☐ Clean laundry tub and taps
☐ Wipe cupboards and shelves
☐ Clean floors
Extras (if included)
☐ Carpet steam cleaning
☐ Pest treatment (where required)
☐ Garage swept and cobwebs removed
☐ Balcony/patio cleaned
☐ Outdoor windows cleaned (accessible only)
