Standard cleans

Kitchen, vaccuming, disinfecting main surfaces, clean sink, dusting bathrooms

$70 for 2 hours
OR $60 for 1.5hrs

Bathroom only cleans

$40 per hour minimum 1 hour

No bond or massive spring cleans sorry! I work full time with another job now and this is just to help with some expenses so offering limited once off cleans

Conditions apply!

Payment upon completion on the day or prior, either bank transfer or cash
No bond cleans or massive spring cleans sorry
No oven cleaning
No outside cleaning
Must supply your own vacuum
No high up ladder work
No big dogs or if there are must be secured away
No massive houses with multiple levels/indoor stairs. Must be ground floor level

I've had to make a hard decision to close up my cleaning business due to health/chronic pain issues that I'm struggling with.
I've been offered full time employment at the office I started working 3 days a week at in June which will be easier on my health.

I have sent messages to all the current regular clients booked in and notified them.

A big thank you to you all for supporting my small business and all the work to date it is really appreciated.

I will no longer be taking bookings for cleaning from now onwards.

Now that the Cam bridge is back to 2 lanes, I can continue servicing Burnie clients commencing from Friday onwards. (I work part time also and had already scheduled to work Wednesday as didn't expect the bridge to be fixed by now)

So from Friday this week any Burnie clients will resume. I'll make contact directly soon.

Any once off cleans that aren't regular or known to me already will now have to be charged in advance or leave cash on premises, due to many people not paying on time and ghosting/ignoring messages with reminders. Even after they say they are really happy with the clean!

It's sad but this is why small businesses have to close up..

Please do the right thing and pay on time, everyone is entitled to fair pay & on time.

I've had to make a hard decision and temporarily cancel all Burnie based appointments, until such time as the Cam river bridge is fixed and traffic back to normal. I just can't do 5~6hrs of travel for 2 or 3 hours work in Burnie then have to go to Wynyard and get stuck in traffic again. It just isn't feasible with petrol prices and time

Oonah Rd detour closed with awful road damage, and waratah way is just way too far to go for a 2 hour job in Burnie😢

This will be temporary, however I totally understand if any Burnie clients meanwhile need to find another cleaner, just please keep me updated with what you decide.

Meanwhile I am really needing to take on some more clients around Somerset preferably where I live/Wynyard way. Please message if interested☺
Based on a temporary/ semi regular basis until the bridge works are fixed. (Unless Burnie clients cancel in which case can be regular)

Would anyone in Burnie like a one off clean rightnow for a couple of hours?

One of my clients aren't home and didn't leave a key, assume they forgot about the regular fortnightly clean and I've driven to Burnie especially for it.

My rates are usually $36 per hour, happy to discount to $32 per hour as a once off as already here.

Just notifying re traffic delays, as it is sometimes takes longer to get into Wynyard, now they are working on the cam bridge in Somerset and expect delays of 15 mins (probably more😓)

This may impact times for any/all clients even those in Wynyard, as I work anywhere from Burnie, Somerset,Wynyard on the same day in order to suit clients requested times.

While I will endeavour to keep to the time locked in, please expect (due to roadworks and built up traffic) that I may sometimes run up to 15 mins behind.

The Cam River bridge project seems to be a huge undertaking going till November 2023.

Apologies for any inconvenience, unfortunately this affects my business as well and its out of my hands.
