An inspection this morning found more than was expected…
Undetected structural damage only one costly issue when purchasing a property without a quality Pre Purchase Inspection.

Our lucky purchaser has dodged an expensive electrical bill as well as some minor structural failure with a significant termite problem located behind the kitchen cabinetry.

A slow leak in the dishwasher hose had enticed termites into the kitchen for a snack.

We inspect all types of property for structural and termite issues. Many are quality homes ready for new families to move in.....
Not all of them are suitable for habitation.
This one came standard with multiple holes in the floor, some 'bonus' furniture and miscellaneous items, a dead wallaby in the pool and plenty of drug paraphernalia among other things.😷

Among the obvious carnage, we were able to identify all of the relevant structural and termite issues, and cosmetic problems which has enabled our client to pick up the bargain of 2020.👌🏼

One of our teams looking for the source of a leak in the depths of a Banora Point property today.
Finding the source of this leak provided our purchaser with clarity regarding rectification, in this case, it was a simple toilet seal.
Cheap and easy to fix, but without doing the hard yards to determine the cause, this purchaser may have walked, missing out on their dream home.
