347kg dress weight, 2 1/2 year old steer ready for the Coldroom.
Grain fed for 100days.
He will hang for 2 weeks in our Coldroom before being cut up and put into the freezer.
Note: this is for our own consumption.
I can’t wait for the next steer.
Wagyu steer around 2 years old that is being grain fed for 180days. This should be excellent eating.

My guess was 130kg 135kg and he is even bigger.
He was a bit skinny in the ass end.
Edit: some people are commenting about the tail being held. This was to stop the pig from wanting to spin to the left to take the video.
