20 Years ago on 1st January 2004 Keith & Tracie made a decision to buy and run Rugrats Carpet Cleaning. It was one of the best decisions of our life. What a journey starting with our Mazda Van doing Dry Chemical Cleaning odd jobs and cleaning, also for a few years doing commercial cleaning at night time wow it was busy and exciting. Our kids were teenagers and helped out when they could it was a great small family business.
In 2006 we made a decision to upgrade our small Mazda to our Mercedes Sprinter. This enabled us to grow the business in a new direction it is when we changed from dry chem to Hot Water Extraction- Steam Cleaning. The Mercedes was a driving billboard and lifted the profile of our business whilst still enabling us to run it as a small family business.
In 2016 we sold our amazing Mercedes van and brought our Hyundai that is still on the road today and the van that again enabled us to change direction in the business. Now specialising in Hot Water Extraction, Upholstery and Tiles Keith is still running and working this amazing business.
After 20 years Rugrats is still a local family run business, living and supporting other locals and local business within the Bunbury and greater regions.
