This liner had a real nasty intruder feeding of the nice rain water. But old liner out, tree roots removed, sprayed for termites and new liner in.

Working on the side of a hill has it's perks🤩
Then the tank revealed it's little secret.......
NOT 1, NOT 2 BUT 3 Liners for us to remove.
PLUS 6 NEW LOWER WALL PANELS needed replacing due to corrosion.
3 Liners not seeing a reasonable time as the tree roots and termites enjoyed each new liner installed and the original liner leaking kept corroding the walls from the inside out.
We walked away, cup full, knowing we'd given this old girl another life💞

A mixture of Glycol and Old Water left in pipes set this water tank Putrid, and having seen it's life span with leaking, termites and tree roots this tank has a new lease of life.

There’s something pretty satisfying about seeing a tank come back to life 💧

This old concrete tank had definitely done its time… full of organic build-up and years of “history” that needed attention before it could be used again.

The owners did the right thing and brought in professional cleaning specialists, Dynamec Water Tank Cleaning Services (highly recommended 👍), along with fitting new trusses and a brand new roof to get everything back up to scratch.

Then it was our turn 🩵💦
Once the tank was cleaned and ready, we delivered load after load of fresh, crystal-clear water to bring it back into service 💧
