Reflection Cleaning Qld is looking for reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team!

We Are Expanding

If you love cleaning, enjoy working independently, and want flexibility with your schedule—including some after-hours and night shifts—this could be the perfect job for you! You’ll also be able to enjoy your favourite music, podcast, or audiobook while working.

We offer steady casual employment where you choose your hours and working days, as long as you can commit to them each week.

⚠️ Please note:

Hours are generally between 5–15 hours per week, with flexibility for after-hours and night shifts.

This is not a full-time role. Applications requesting more than 20 hours/week may not be considered.

Requirements:
🧼 Valid Australian driver’s license
🧼 Police clearance
🧼 Reliable car
🧼 Smartphone (iOS/Android) to use our cleaning and training apps
🧼 Availability during school holidays and after-hours/night shifts

Job Details:
📌 Standard work starts at or after 9:00 AM, with after-hours/night shifts 'soon to be available' at a higher rate
📌 Weekly pay every Monday
📌 Superannuation paid quarterly
📌 Paid trial and training period
📌 Room for growth and pay raises

What we offer:
❤️ Starting trainee wage: $31.21/hr
❤️ 11.5% superannuation contributions
❤️ $1/km for travel between jobs
❤️ Paid travel time between cleans
❤️ Choose your own weekly hours
