Hey everyone!
With all this rain around, just a reminder that heavy rain can dilute your pool water, drop your salt level and throw out your chlorine/balance levels 🌧

We have pool salt available in-store at Pool Wizard, plus free water testing and a wide range of chemicals if your pool needs a top-up after the rain.

If your pool starts looking cloudy, don’t leave it too long, it’s much easier to fix early than once it turns green! 🐸

🍂 Autumn pool tip from Pool Wizard 🌟

As we head into the cooler season, you can start bumping your timers down (as long as your chemistry levels are correct).

Reducing timers helps save on electricity 💰 but it’s important to remember that algae can still grow in winter. 🦠 It may grow slower, but it will still appear if your levels are out!

Moving into May, a major focus of ours is to prep the pools for winter. We’ll keep an eye on your water balance as always, adjust timers and ensure to prevent algae before it becomes a problem.
