SOMETHING I NEED TO BRING TO CLIENTS ATTENTION 🚨‼️
Ok so alot of the time when I send through my packages & set pricing, people see the number & immediately think “That seems expensive.” & don’t book in!!
But here’s what people often don’t think about… the time behind that price.
We don’t charge by the hour & there’s a reason for that.
🏡 One standard clean might take us 2.5 hours.
🏡 Another might take 3+ hours.
🏡 A bigger or more poorer condition home may take even longer.
Every home is different.
With hourly pricing, you’re watching the clock. If the clean takes longer than expected, your payment keeps climbing. Or, if you’ve only booked a certain number of hours, your cleaner may have to stop when that time is up!! whether everything is finished or not.
With our set packages, you know exactly what you’re paying BEFORE we walk through the door.
There’s no:
❌ “We need another hour, is that okay?”
❌ Unexpected extra hourly charges
❌ Racing against the clock
❌ Leaving half the clean unfinished because “time is up”
We arrive, work through everything included in your package & we leave when the job is DONE not when the clock tells us to. ✨
The only time additional charges may apply is when we arrive & the property is significantly outside normal condition eg, heavy build up, excessive pet hair, mould, etc.
& my deeper packages? They’re a whole different ball game. 😮💨
A spring clean can easily have us in your home for 4/5/6 hours, sometimes longer depending on the property. There is A LOT included because the whole point is to go beyond your everyday clean and get into those areas that don’t regularly get attention.
So next time you see a set cleaning price, don’t just look at the number!!
Look at what’s included.
Look at how much time actually goes into it.
Look at the fact that you’re not paying extra because we needed another hour.
