⭐️Quick confession: we never kept a cent of that surcharge. It went straight to the bank and service provider (💪Credit where it's due: our provider has reduced their fee to help us absorb the change)every time you tapped. We were just the middleman holding the basket.

From 1 October, new rules say we can't pass that cost on, so we're absorbing it. Same price, card or cash.
