The short answer is no.

A standard plain coat epoxy system is no more slippery than bare concrete. But every site is different, which is why we tailor the finish to suit how the floor will actually be used.. If you need extra grip, we offer a range of anti-slip options.

On this project, we applied a light broadcast of aluminium oxide to provide extra traction while still keeping the floor easy to clean and maintain, giving the client the best of both worlds.
