To get this world wide qualification didn’t come easy Scott had to prove how many continuous years he’s been in the industry (25), then prove all previous training and qualifications (Scott has done several).
Then had to attend a full day training course, and then read study extensive industry manual covering how different fibres are manufactured, how they are put together, how they are dyed, what problems can arise from cleaning etc.
Then completed 110 question exam.
Then had two different carpet samples sent had to identify the fibre, how it was made and dyed and any problems that could occur during the cleaning process.
There are very few carpet technicians that achieve this qualification only around 50/55 Australia wide.
