🚨 European Wasp Alert – Southern Highlands 🚨
We’re starting to see an increase in European wasp activity, including large nests hidden in roof voids and wall cavities like the one pictured.

⚠️ European wasps are aggressive, will defend their nest, and can sting multiple times. Nests are often out of sight, making them especially dangerous around homes, sheds, and workplaces.

🔍 Common signs of a nest include:
Increased wasp activity around eaves or roofs
Wasps entering/exiting the same point
Buzzing sounds in walls or ceilings

❌ Do not attempt DIY treatment – disturbing a nest can result in serious stings.

✅ Professional removal is recommended to ensure the nest is treated safely and effectively.

Yes it’s that time again… we have been receiving phone calls reporting European Wasp Nests… they are often confused by bees and paper wasps…The European Wasp is very aggressive and will continually sting . Don’t risk being attacked, call the professionals.
