We thought it was time to introduce ourselves!
We're Matt and Nicole – the team behind Coastwide.
Matt is the one you'll most likely see on the tools. As a qualified plumber by trade, he has a strong work ethic, a can-do attitude, and takes great pride in every job he completes. He believes in doing things properly the first time and always strives for the highest standard for his customers. Outside of work, Matt is a dedicated family man who once spent many years on the sporting field, bringing that same determination and team spirit into his business every day.
Nicole is the one working behind the scenes, keeping everything organised. From bookkeeping and customer enquiries to social media and promotions, she helps keep Coastwide running smoothly. Alongside this, she works in the real estate industry and has built a career around exceptional customer service. Friendly, approachable, and always happy to help, Nicole loves connecting with people and making sure every customer has a great experience.
