To align with our current covid climate that is constantly progressing with new changes each day and to ensure we are able to continue operating as a cleaning service we a
re required to apply a covid continuity plan and procedure. These are as follows:
- Please ensure the 2m rule between yourself and staff are adhered to at all times, if you are unable to keep to the 2m rule we require you to please wear a mask whilst we are present within your home.
- We will use new masks for each clean and these will be disposed of upon exit (a small bin lined with a new bin liner each day is provided to staff)
- We will use disposable gloves upon entry and will dispose of these upon exit as well
- We respect and understand that some client's prefer us to take our masks off but to ensure best practices are adhered to we respectfully decline this request as this does not align with this new policy we have in place. Do I need to tidy up prior to the cleaners arriving?
- We are happy to do this for you upon arrival however some client's prefer to do a quick tidy up and leave the deep cleaning to us. toys, clothes etc. are put in baskets or put away it does allow for us to get stuck into the cleaning itself). Will you come and do a in house quote prior?
- We aren't always available to do in house quotes prior to cleans, however we do provide clients with a price range via online or over the phone just depends on the size of your home and the scope of work (i.e. how dirty you home is). With years of experience we find that this quoting system is accurate, the first clean generally takes longer as we prefer to carry out a deep clean which is easier to manage and implement into your regular cleaning schedule. Will I get the same cleaner each time for my regular cleaning service?
- We do endeavour to ensure you have the same team for you each time. This is usually the best way for everyone involved, however at times based on circumstances that are beyond our control i.e. sicknesses and holiday's we will need to send a different cleaner. That is why we provide extensive notes so that our staff are briefed on all the details of your clean. If I am dissatisfied with the clean what are my options?
- Where justifiable we do offer a 'fixer clean' as agreed by client and myself, this is done in mine and my staff's time. If this is not agreed upon a partial or full discount may be offered depending on severity of the initial issue.
