Recently, the team completed this small fire clean. This client requested that we clean everything so they could complete a detailed assessment and prepare a repair scope.

We left the site clean and tidy, ready for assessment.

We used a combination of wet washing and dry ice blasting. The results were spectacular, and now the client can easily tell what items need replacement.

RestorLab recently successfully completed a challenging fire remediation project in Milton, NSW.

Engaged to address heavy carbon contamination after a shop fire which resulted in the complete demolition of the roof and internal fit-outs of 3 shops.

The project involved:
- Media Blasting to the internal and external brick walls and pillars, and structural steel frame so it could be re-coated.
- Wet washing painted surfaces within the 3 shops and external painted surfaces, windows and frames, and awning purlins of the adjacent tenancies.

The results were fantastic and the client was ecstatic that we were able to get the job done on time and on budget.

On Friday RestorLab celebrated the year that was at our Christmas Party.

I can’t thank these guys enough for what they do for this business and our clients! I’m so proud of all them!

RestorLab recently finished a large mould remediation and drying job (more than 20 areas).

I had to snap these photos when the boys got back because:

1) I was surprised that managed to get all that gear in 2 vans; and,

2) I was impressed they got stuck into cleaning the gear and changing the filters without me prompting them… I’m gonna make proper restoration techs out of them yet.

Got to play fetch with a handsome puppy 🐶 this week.

Of course we had to rip out the floor and lower wall linings, then clean and sanitise everything after the house flooded.

But it was worth it for the puppy play time!

The owner came in with this rear seat from an 80s Holden. “Irreplaceable” he said.
“Can you help me”
