⭐️ Price Rise 2024 ⭐️
To all of our valued clients,
We wish to inform you of a price rise for our services commencing Jan 1st 2024 .
We have tried our very best to put this off as long as we possibly could, however with inflation and the price of equipment and fuel, we are left with no choice.

Our current package prices will increase to the following:

Clean package 1- houses smaller than 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom- will rise from $110 to $120.

Clean package 2- houses 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (up to 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms) - will rise from $165 to $180.

Clean package 3 - any houses 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms and larger- will rise from $220 to $240.

All of these prices are inclusive of GST.

We know times are tough for everyone and completely understand if this price rise is out of your budgets.
Please let us know if this is the case and you need to cancel your clean with us.

Cancellation Policy:
We will now be implementing our cancellation policy for all clients. If WE have to cancel for any reason, you will not be charged. We will endeavour to fit you in that same week if possible.
If YOU, the client, cancel with 48 hours or more notice we have time to replace that clean as a one off.
If you cancel with LESS than 48 hours notice, we will charge full price of the clean as this is our cleaners income.

*PRICE RISE OCT 1*
To all of our Valued Clients,
Please be advised that due to the rising cost of consumables and fuel, we will be having a price increase as of October 1, 2022 to keep our business viable and operating.

For clients on a basic clean, this will mean the cost will increase from $99 to $110 incl GST.
For those on a moderate clean, this will mean the cost will increase from $148.50 to $165 incl GST.
For those on an extreme clean, this will mean the cost will increase from $198 to $220 incl GST.

We appreciate every single one of our clients and the ongoing support you have all shown to our small business.

Please let us know ASAP if you no longer wish to continue with your clean (or change the frequency eg/ from weekly to fortnightly) so we can offer that spot to our ever growing waiting list clients. We totally understand this may not be in everyone’s budgets.
We do apologise for the inconvenience this may cause.

We would like to pass our deepest condolences on to Marg, Alyshia and their family and friends on the passing of Frank (AKA Murph). A true testament to the generous, kind, sarcastic, hard working and genuine man that he was.
The Murphy Families are wonderful clients of ours and we are honoured to have known Frank. Tuesdays won’t be the same without his “morning gorgeous” and cheeky banter.
RIP Frank.
