Unfortunately, cowboy cleaning services are out there—confidently taking people’s money and delivering next to nothing. Today, I walked into a home that had supposedly been bond cleaned, but the evidence said otherwise.
There was no dusting, no windows cleaned, the oven hadn’t been touched, and the bathrooms were still covered in mould. The kitchen cupboards? Not even a wipe down. Honestly, it was heartbreaking to see my client pay for something that clearly wasn’t delivered.
This isn’t the first time I’ve been called in to fix another company’s "work," but this one was next level—not a single part of the home had been properly cleaned.
I didn’t get as many “before” photos as I wish I had, but here are a few showing the state we found it in… and what it looked like after Neesh and I rolled up our sleeves and got stuck in. **floors are yet to be completed in the coming days for this mammoth clean.
