Temora Shire Council is investigating the potential to develop a proposed subdivision on land located at Mandamah Street, Ariah Park.

The site is approximately 5.379 hectares and is proposed to be subdivided into 18 lots, including a road.

Council is seeking expressions of interest from prospective purchasers of future residential lots within a proposed subdivision, for the purpose of gauging market demand and developers or development entities interested in purchasing the land and undertaking the subdivision. The site is shown on the image attached, edged in red.

EOIs must be received prior to 2pm on Monday 30th March 2026.
