Apollo Bay is the beginning of the famous Great Ocean Walk. 104kms the track winds through the coastline past the 12 apostles and ends in Port Campbell. It is one Australia’s premier hiking walks. Groups will just do a day and a portion and the brave will do the whole thing over 7-10 days while camping along the way. There are tour groups that can help also carry your things along the way and even have hotels for night time if camping is a bit too extreme.
