Hi Alice Springs,
While the boys held down the fort while we were away. We have all returned to Alice, refreshed and renewed, looking forward to introducing so new and some very exciting things that Peter learned while over east.

FIRSTLY we will be adding a new sealer for GROUT and fabrics. This new sealer it so much better then the water based ones we have had access to in the past & last longer.

While in NSW Peter did a Rug cleaning course and we are looking at setting up a place to clean them like never before.

Peter also did a mould course so we can assist in remediation of areas affected by a water loss – you still can not clean mould from carpets.

Also in our learning journey Fire and Smoke remediation, and now know much more after experiencing our own fire and realizing so much could have been saved that was just thrown out, we are in a position to help others that may experience severe smoke damage to property – bush fire smoke or house fire.

So we've had a busy year, training new staff and training old staff in new ways to do things. Looking forward to the rest of 2012 and what it brings in the way of new things.
