This is disgusting make sure you choose 'choice of repairer' on your policy or risk having your vehicle repaired at one of these sausage factories

A customer had a small front end collision. The NRMA partner repairer who is paid a fixed cost has carried out only half a repair. When you are forced to go to a partner repairer because you did not take out the "any repairer" option, is this what you can expect?
