At a recent inspection of a steel-framed dwelling we found termites had managed to make there way inside and caused damage around an internal door frame and wall and a nearby cupboard as well as mud trails found in the roof.

Whilst a steel frame prevents termites causing structural issues - they can still cause damage to any timber elements and wall linings leading to costly repairs!
