📢 REO IN-HOUSE CLEANING SERVICE – POLICY UPDATE 📢
To ensure fairness, protect our amazing cleaning team, and keep our scheduling running smoothly, we’ve officially updated our Service Terms & Conditions.
Here’s what you need to know moving forward:
✨ Bookings & Deposits: A 50% deposit (including a non-refundable $100 admin fee) is required within 24 hours of booking for all End of Lease, Deep Cleans, or one-off jobs over 4 hours. Homes not cleaned professionally within the last fortnight must book an Initial Clean.
⏱️ Booking Minimums: All routine services carry a strict 2-hour minimum allocation.
🚗 Travel Radius: Travel fees apply to all properties outside a 20km radius of the Albury Post Office.
📆 Strict 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (or lock-outs) will incur a fee up to 50% for standard cleans, 100% for short-stays/Airbnb, and 100% of the 2-hour minimum for NDIS clients. If you or your family are sick, notify us early and your cancellation fee will be waived.
💳 Overdue Accounts: Standard invoices carry strict due dates based on your client type. A late fee administration charge of $15.00 per day applies to overdue payments. Accounts passed to external debt collectors will face recovery and agency fees on top of the original bill.
🛡️ Safety & Work Health Rules: We maintain zero tolerance for aggressive behaviour or biohazards. Please note our team cannot lift or move furniture heavier than 10kg.

Today we’re celebrating 12 months with Luke (again!) and we’re so grateful he’s part of the REO family.

Luke is one of our most sought-after cleaners — his schedule is booked to the brim, and for good reason. He takes real pride in working in people’s homes, gets to know each home’s individual needs, and makes sure they’re met every single clean.

Luke also plays a huge role behind the scenes — he’s responsible for training our new general team members, making sure our premium service standard is delivered from day one.

This isn’t Luke’s first 12 months with REO either — he originally joined us back in 2022, returned in 2025, and we couldn’t be happier to have him back on our team.

REO was built from real life. It’s named after my three girls (Rylee, Emilia & Olivia) and it’s grown into a premium, in-house team that cares for homes and properties across Albury–Wodonga.
