Don't let a DIY cleaning attempt turn into a disaster 😭😭😭

This rug came to us with ugly patches of yellowing after the owner hired a DIY carpet cleaning machine and attempted to clean it themselves. Unfortunately for them cleaning a rug isn't as easy as it seems - ESPECIALLY IF IT'S MADE OF VISCOSE!
