Did you know that termites slow down in the winter?

This house had a baiting and monitoring system installed last year due to a termite infestation. 10 months later a hit on the outside showed a different species of termite on the property and we’re now able to get it under control before they get in the house.

If you ever have the chance to get under the floor of your house and there is random discarded timber, make sure you remove it from the subfloor. There should be no excess timber in contact with the ground. This can draw termites into the area for an easy meal.
