To all our customers...just letting you know that, due to a customer informing me about someone ringing them impersonating me from BMC Steam Cleaning to book in carpet cleaning, is that I DO NOT cold call customers to book in a clean.
Customers always ring, text or email me directly for a booking.
Be aware that if someone had rung you and you made a booking, to look at his/her/their van. Our customers know our van with its distinctive BMC logo on it, so if it's not ours, let them know that they have deceived you, then let me know!

Just some information for our customers.
During covid lockdowns, we are unable to perform any domestic carpet cleaning duties.
However, if there is an emergency, such as flooding, we are able to do the cleaning as it will then be deemed essential.
We can also do maintenance on essential services under the Essential Services Act 1981.
