Great rays of sunshine, a little good ol oxygen and finally...water!

Sometimes homes get growth in a place where the sun doesn't shine.

Why do your gutters look dirty and why are the stains so hard to remove?

Dirt, grime and pollution settle on the outside lip of your gutter, then when the morning dew comes all the particulates gather and run down the face of the gutters

This is why often times you will see striping on gutters. These vertical lines are coined as ‘tiger stripes’. If you have ever tried to remove these stains yourself you will have realized how stubborn they are.

This is because these stains contain a concentrated concoction of sediments (dust, asphalt, pollen, tree sap, soot, ash, etc.) deposited by the morning dew. So, every day your gutters are slowly building up layer on layer of these pollutants, which invites fungus growth like mildew to consume the organics and join the problem.

A professional is highly recommended to clean these stains, as not only can cleaning them create a fall hazard, but harsh chemicals and heavy scrubbing can remove the paint from your gutters. Luckily we offer such a service
