Received these comments from our new clients last week. We are really proud and happy that our clients are satisfied with our service. Services such as Jim's Laundry exist because we strongly believe that people in our community need support. And we are blessed that we are part of a system which helps moms, dads and their families reach their daily goals. We also believe that mental health is as important as physical health. We take the physical side by doing the washing and folding, then you can mark that task as done for the week. In return, it helps with your mental health because you are more relaxed, more playtime with the kids, and more time doing things you have planned for a long time. Your local Jim’s Laundry Services expert will provide you with an invoice after your laundry has been collected. Jim’s Laundry Services reserves the right to withhold your laundry until payment is received. Payment is to be made by direct bank transfer to the payment details listed on the invoice.

For our NDIS clients we are a registered provider and able to process directly through the NDIS Agency Portal or with your Plan Manager.
