Introducing my beautiful cousin, Fides. It's a unique Filipino name; pronounced: Fee-dez.

Fides has been joining me for training this week on some jobs and has taken to it like a duck to water! 🙌

She has an excellent eye for detail, is efficient, and goes above and beyond. I’m so excited to have her on my team! ✨

Fides will be joining me on my really busy days and she will be taking on any new clients that we get!

Also big thank you to my beautiful clients that have allowed and welcomed Fides into their homes this week and spread the word that I was taking on new clients 🥹🙏

Lately I’ve been choosing to use eco friendly products where I can 🌎🌿

If I can give you one tip today- it would be to use microfibre cloths for your cleaning.
They're incredibly absorbent and gentle, so they work on all kinds of messes and surfaces. They're even useful for sanitizing! 🦠
Using microfiber cloths eliminates up to 99 percent of bacteria — about three times the effectiveness of traditional cleaning cloths 😱
And the other great news? They’re reusable ♻️
Chuck them in the wash and they’re good to go again and again!
For glass though, I absolutely LOVE these ones. Little bit more pricier than your standard microfibre cloths but 100% worth it. I won’t leave home without one! You can buy them from

I get asked often how I get the showers so clean so here’s a little lesson 💁🏻‍♀️ 🛀🏽
I can’t stress this enough. DO NOT USE BLEACH OR TOILET CLEANER.
There’s a time and place for it and it’s the inside of your toilet bowl under the rim not your brand new shower.
yes I do use bleach (exit mould in the spray) as my absolute last resort in the shower but only on old bathrooms that needs to be renovated anyway. The reason for this- over time bleach will eat into grout and take away the sealer making the grout porous.
The more porous it is the harder the mould is to scrub off!
I never ever use it on the shower screen. It has a protective layer on it. Using bleach will eat into that. Then the water marks start and then eventually it turns to glass cancer (the foggy murky glass) and NOTHING gets rid of that!

Use dishwashing liquid. It’s safe to use. Friendly for the kids if they come into contact with it and better for the water ways! 🍃🐢
It eats through the grime. Use a non scratch scourer and a grout brush for the grout.
Squeegee it off after every use. Or if not, at least once a week when you clean it.
If you clean it once a week- it’s not hard. It’s quick. You won’t even have to scrub it!

Also make sure the bathroom is well ventilated. Crack a window and turn the fan on. That will help so much! Mould grows on surfaces that stay wet.

I’ve cleaned my home top to bottom this weekend - including washing, drying and putting ALL the laundry away 😱, I’ve cleaned out the kids wardrobes, done a bit of decluttering, organised the pantry, cleaned out the fridge and changed sheets ✨
It’s been a beautiful sunny weekend so time was spent outside too! Picking our fruit trees, washing the cars, weeding and doing the lawns 🍊🚗👩🏻‍🌾👌🏽

Is anyone else as crazy as I am? 🤪 sometimes I get on this tangent and I just HAVE. To. Do. All. The. Thingssss 🤌🏽 Honestly it’s pretty full on and I’m lucky my husband understands my crazy antics and helps me hahah 🫣

I’ve got a very busy week. I’ve picked up 3 new clients and have opened up an extra day which is why I’ve been so hellbent on getting my place sorted- I find that I function best when things are organised meaning I can now focus on the week ahead 🤩

Disclaimer- this is absolutely not my linen closet but seriously how pretty is it?! This is the type of stuff I dream about 🤤🤤

‘Can you recommend a good cleaner?’
If I had a dollar for how many times I get asked this question after I’ve told someone I’m fully booked, I wouldn’t have to work 🤣🤑

I am now completely booked out with regular clients who are all on rotation 🔄

I’ve put in the hard work in the beginning and all their houses are looking good and up to scratch so there hasn’t been anything too exciting for before and after photos anymore- hence me being a bit quiet on here!

I’m still quoting and doing once-off cleans 🧼 so if a cancellation happens (because of covid and isolation rules) and I happen to be in the area, it can be filled straight away so please do get in contact if you’d like to be put on my cancellation list ☺️

This is me, Chell 🙋🏻‍♀️
Here’s a few things you might not know about me.

✨ I DONT usually look like this. I’m more of a no make-up, messy bun, active wear kinda person. I either look like this or like I’ve just rolled out of bed. There is no in between 😂🧟‍♀️

✨ I am a mother to 2 children. A threenager girl and a 1 year old boy. 👧🏽👶🏼

✨I’ve had 2 weddings. I married my soul mate twice! We eloped and got married in Santorini, then we came home and had an intimate wedding with our closest friends and family in our backyard! (We actually dated in high school, went separate ways and didn’t see each for 10 years then got back together and have been together for 10 years! ❤️

✨ I was a high school drop out. I left high school after year 10. I finished off Year 11 and 12 in 1 year externally while working 3 jobs (yes THREE jobs)

✨I have over 20 years experience in cleaning and I started my own cleaning business when I was 19 🤩

✨I did all sorts of cleaning. I’ve cleaned schools, surgery’s, offices, banks and residential homes.

✨I then had a career change and worked in Advertising as a data specialist and then changed again and worked in a Pharmaceutical warehouse.

✨ I LOVE cleaning. I find it therapeutic and good for my soul hence why I’ve come back to it. It’s satisfying to me when I look over and everything is in its place and sparkly clean 🤩 I also love the nurturing side of it. It’s such a personal service and one that’s appreciated ❤️
