About the Role
We are seeking a Level 1 Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This role involves both residential and commercial cleaning, supporting our clients by maintaining high standards of cleanliness across homes, offices, and business environments.
You’ll play an important role in not only delivering quality cleaning services, but also contributing to a positive experience for our clients, their families, staff, and customers.

Previous cleaning experience is highly advantageous but not essential — we are happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude and values.
Key Responsibilities
- General residential cleaning (homes, apartments, living spaces)
- General commercial cleaning (offices, workspaces, client-facing environments)
- Maintaining cleanliness in a way that enhances both home comfort and business presentation
- Following company cleaning procedures and standards
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Respecting clients’ homes, workplaces, and privacy
- Representing the Shirley’s brand with professionalism at all times
