Our gas and electric griddles, available in single or double steel/Compound plates, ensure uniform heat distribution for perfect contact cooking, even for delicate dishes. Designed for energy efficiency, they feature a front duct and large draining hole for easy oil collection. A Teflon plug is optional.

INFRARED & INDUCTION COOKERS:
Their completely smooth, 60/10 pyroceram surface ensures fast, efficient cleaning without harsh cleansers. These stovetops reach 500°C rapidly, with a residual heat indicator for safety. Induction models offer over 30% energy savings due to immediate pan heating and minimal heat dispersion.

PASTA COOKERS:
It’s the ideal equipment for cooking pasta, rice, vegetables and eggs thanks to the quick water boil, available in gas and electric versions.

GAS COOKERS:
Cooking directly on the flame or sautéing food is an essential need for all chefs in preparing traditional dishes.Thanks to their full and rounded design, the cast iron pan supports create a unique worktop where it is possible to move pans easily. The 3.5 kW, 7 kW and 12 kW cast iron burners are guaranteed for life.

DEEP FRYERS:
All VERSIONS (Gas or Electric) feature precise mechanical controls and innovative Bflex electronic control for accurate temperature adjustments, along with rounded tanks for maximum hygiene and operator comfort.

ELECTRIC COOKERS:
Equipped with 300x300mm cast iron plates, these 3.5 kW electric stoves reach 400°C with 6-level power control, allowing for precise temperature and energy efficiency. Their seamless, pressed tops provide robust and direct heating.

The Bertos Maxima 900

BOILING PAN:
Available in the direct heating version for cooking liquid food that does not need stirring and also in the indirect heating version (gas and electrical versions) for thicker foods, such as creams and sauces.

BRATT PAN:
Made completely of an AISI 304 steel tank with a 80 or 120 liters capacity, the tilting pans allow different types of cooking: it is possible to braise, brown, grill and cook directly on the bottom of the tank. Its high thickness distributes heat evenly over the entire surface to guarantee uniform cooking and energy saving.
