Ford has a robot whose entire job is sitting down. 🤖
It’s called the Robutt — Ford’s official name for it, not a nickname — and it lives in a test lab in Cologne. A KUKA robotic arm lowers it into a car seat and lifts it out again. Twenty-five thousand times, over three weeks. That’s ten years of getting in and out of your car, compressed.
