How to create the spirit of the New Year at your home.

New Year is such a fragrant time of year, so powerful that it leaves an indelible imprint that reminds us of years past all while creating new memories for us to cherish. Just because we celebrate New Year in summer, doesn't mean you can't make your home smell like a traditional white New Year.

A good way to give your home that Christmas tree smell is to add a few drops of Christmas scented fragrance to water and mop your floors.

Spritz kitchen roll with Christmas Tree fragrance. Alternatively, place in your wardrobe and drawers to keep clothes smelling fresh.

Personalize your gift wrapping with fragrance - spritz tissue paper and paint wrapping and ribbon with fragrance. Alternatively, spritz the shred with your favorite fragrance, tie the bag up, shake and leave for a day or two. Next, empty the shred which will be beautifully scented into gift boxes so that it surrounds your New Year gifts.

The Secret How to Refresh Your Towels.

If you grabbed a towel from the closet and found that it just wasn’t as fluffy as it used to be, and maybe even had some lingering smells, DO NOT throw them out or add them to the rag pile, give them a second life.

Try our trick to make your old towels look like New or almost like New.

1. Wash your load of towels in the hottest water possible and add 1 cup of white vinegar to the load. Do not use detergent or bleach, just hot water and vinegar.

2. Let the washer do it's job. When the cycle is complete, Wash again as you normally would in detergent or baking soda.

3. If you still smell a mildew, rewash with just hot water and 1/2 cup of baking soda.....nothing else. Again, no detergent, bleach or fabric softener.

After all steps you will see a difference.
