A floor cleaning mock-up was carried out at the site two weeks ago. Today, we revisited the same area, and the results remain very good. During this period, the client did not carry out any maintenance. As this is an external public area, the floor was exposed to rain, sunlight, moisture, and dew. Despite these conditions, the treated floor remains in good condition.

With proper and periodic maintenance, this level of performance can be sustained for a long time without issues. However, achieving and maintaining such results depends greatly on the initial treatment. When the initial process is carried out correctly and followed by the appropriate maintenance program, long-term performance can be ensured.

We recently began work on a new project, and during floor-stripping process we uncovered a significant amount of accumulated dirt and old chemical residue embedded in the flooring. This level of buildup can cause long-term damage if not properly maintained.

Situations like this serve as a reminder of why it’s important not to rely on low-cost, quick solutions. While they may seem economical at first, they often lead to extensive issues that require far more time, effort, and expense to correct later—sometimes costing three times as much as proper care from the start.

Investing in quality maintenance protects both your floors and your budget in the long run.

is a delicate material that requires the right care from the time of installation. Not only does the way of installation matter but also the protection of the stone post the installation to avoid problems as seen on the attached pictures.

The stone was installed, but never sealed, leading to rust and stain marks which were only aggravated by cleaning.

We offered our client a mock up, removing the stains and marks to the maximum extent possible and sealing the area for them to understand and see the difference.

2024 was quite the year..

New staff onboard… New projects… New locations… New machines… New products… A lot of news…

2025 has started off in the 6th gear and we’re loving it..

Our team has grown, meaning work is growing, and it’s always a pleasure to see the team thriving and joining in to celebrate our success.

We look into 2025 with hope and ‘let’s go’ attitude, hoping to be able to support more and more clients with upkeep of theirs floors, upholstery, carpets etc.
