We are a holiday homes cleaning company and we are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Part Time /Full-Time Cleaners to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across assigned areas. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and can manage time efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize bedrooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
Refill soap, paper towels, and other supplies as needed
Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions
Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:

Own visa is preferred
At least 1 year previous cleaning experience preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good physical condition and stamina
Attention to detail and strong time management skills
Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable
Good English communication skills

We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our Holiday Homes team. The right candidate will oversee the daily operations of multiple holiday home units, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, property readiness, and high guest satisfaction. This role is central to maintaining our service standards and coordinating between housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations of assigned holiday home properties.

Schedule and monitor housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure units are guest-ready.

Act as the point of contact for guests during their stay, handling requests and resolving issues promptly.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on property status, guest feedback, and operational performance.

Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.

Support compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Assist management with process improvements, cost control, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in operations, hospitality, facilities management, or related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace).
