Speed Cool General Contracting (SCGC) was established in 2005. laws and regulations.

It began by taking small Ducting work in Abu Dhabi slowly growing and expanding its capabilities. SCGC has established itself as a key player in HVAC Contracting in the UAE. Its capacity of work includes Villas, Commercial Buildings, Residential Buildings, and Palace’s for various Sheikh Zayed Mosque, and Civil Defense Centers, Courts and Prosecution Complexes, Dairy Farm Developments, Hospitals,

and Entertainment facilities. The experience SCGC’s Air Conditioning Division acquired since its establishment allows it to be flexible be flexible and accept many diverse projects. SCGC established its General Maintenance Division in 2007 after careful environmental analysis proved there was a strong demand. Since 2007, SCGC has won contracts with some of Abu Dhabi’s most reputable corporations such as ADNOC, ADDC, and numerous sheiks and their Property Development firms. The General Maintenance Division has the capacity to accept Civil, Air Conditioning work. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff are able to satisfy the needs of our customers promptly while minimizing disturbances around their work area. SCGC provides itself on its strong work ethic, attention to detail, strict adherence to project deadlines, excellent communication with all the companies involved in a project, and its expertise of U.A.E. Our clients out with the utmost professionalism and integrity while maintaining speed and superior quality of work.
