The Service Provision
Summary of Needs
The situation of each client being unique and with a certain number of specific elements, a detailed study is conducted beforehand by Grand Millennium Laundry, with the client, and his needs are defined accordingly.
The new client linen undergoes test washes which aim to know the behaviour of the latter with commercial laundering.
This is also a powerful tool for our client in decision making assistance. Indeed, our results may guide you to the wisest choices in terms of investment in linen and in terms of image your clothes convey.

The First Collection
Usually, once we start our service; we do the following:
- Making of a Collection Points list.
- Making of a list of the concerned personnel, including the name of the wearer, the designation of items per user.
A bag will be filled with the belongings of the wearer and identified. A second bag will be made available for the next collection.
Linen is collected in special laundry bags and a sufficient number of laundry bags made available in your premises by Grand Millennium Laundry for the next collection.
