Job brief:
We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to Pick-up and delivery promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes in Dubai Al Barsha Area.
Follow routes and time schedule.
Prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.
Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints.
Collect payments.
Inform customers about new services.
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.

Requirements:
Expert in Al Barsha area specifically and all Dubai in general.
Relevant experience in laundry work.
Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver.
Valid professional driver’s license.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good driving record with no traffic violations.
High school degree.

Working Hours: Daily from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Salary 1200 - 1500 + accommodation+ health insurance+ commission based on performance

Looking for a full timer to work as receptionist duties at Al Ghadeer Cleaning Services. It is preferable to be living at Al Ghadeer Community and has previous experience in laundry.

Duties:

· Create and maintain customers’ profiles on the Laundry Management System.

· Log all orders and invoices on the Laundry Management System.

· Daily calls to serviced customers to ensure their satisfaction and log their comments, complaints or feedback.

· Tag received laundry loads with customer’s ID.

· Perform quick quality control on different laundry process stages (fabric separation, spot removal, washing/dry cleaning, ironing, packing).

· Hand over finished items to the right customers.

· Handle customers’ payments either cash or by credit cards.

· Monitor operators performance and provide a weekly evaluation report.

· Ensure a good looking store front and the operators are performing daily hygiene procedures per machine and store in general.

Salary 1500 - 2000 inclusive only basic health insurance is covered + commission based on performance

Working Hours: Daily from 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM. With 2 hours break
