The spacious multi-storey house comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, and a shower. Two of the bedrooms also contain double beds, and have en-suite bathrooms with showers only. The third bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and has a bathroom with a toilet and a sink.

The fifth additional outside bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and has a shower en suite. The large open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or the dining table. Guests have use of an indoor braai area, as well as uncapped Wi-Fi, and can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with a full selection of DStv Premium, and opens onto the deck which overlooks the river and surrounds. Parking is available in the double garage, and guests have access to the laundry room. Boat launching facilities are available in the estate at the jetty, and 12 Kromme River Estate is just 7 km from St Francis Bay for guests who want to explore.
