On or offsite. No contracts. Pay as you go for the following office tasks:
Reception / Office Management / Process, form and document design
Invoicing / Debtors / Monthly statements to clients
Goods receiving / reordering supplies / Creditors recons
Payroll – weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payslip processing
Bookkeeping (from bank statements)
Cash slips – sorting, capturing & filing
Consolidation of info / preparation of tax files for Annual Financial Statements and tax returns
Updating company social media accounts
We have experience in the following industries (contactable references):
Hospitality, schools, packaging, tax and accounting, laundry, construction and design
Working knowledge of: Pastel Accounting and Payroll, QuickBooks Accounting and Payroll, Omni Accounts, PanStrat Accounting, Stock, Reservations and POS, KidSoft, SimplePay and Microsoft Office
Herewith our rates (more hours = reduced hourly rate):
6 hours R1050.00
5 hours R918.75
4 hours R752.50
3 hours R577.50
2 hours R402.50
T&C’s: Pay as you go. AUI is based in Lanseria, no travel charged for clients within 20 kms thereafter R4.00 / km will apply. Hours are billed in half hour increments. Payroll software fees will be charged over and above the hourly rate

What's your favorite summer fruit? If you enjoy apples, melons or cranberries, you should tip your hat to our fuzzy, insect friends... the hard working honey bees! They support the growth of trees, flowers and other plants and therefore prefers to rather transfer a colony than "disposing" of it, when possible.
In this case the bees luckily selected false rocks as a hive location and they were removed and placed into a bee hive which will remain in the same spot in order for the colony to get used to their new "lodgings". The hive will be removed and relocated once they have settled in.
Without bees our gardens would be bare and our plates empty, so please do your part and contact for professional bee removal, we will gladly assist!
