Future Ready Foundation NPC We started as a support group to guide woman and children facing abuse ,violence or bullying in any

Fostering leadership, self-esteem, and resilience while combating gender-based violence (GBV), stigmatization, and bullying through mentorship and peer support. Recruitment & Pairing
Target Audience: High school and college girls (ages

Pairing Approach:

University students (mentors) paired with high school students (mentees)
Matching based on shared interests, career aspirations, and personal goals
Panel discussions with women leaders

Skill-building workshops

Sustainability & Monitoring
Regular feedback and assessment

Collaborations with schools, NGOs, and community leaders

Particularly as it moves the conversation away from “How do we manage this child/adult?”
