Guest House Manager for new 20 bedroom establishment with modern bar and restaurant facilities located in Mahikeng.

As the Guest House Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, handling budgeting and financial management, coordinating sales and marketing efforts, and overseeing food and beverage operations. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications:
Strong Guest Relations and Rooms Division background
Experience in Budgeting and Financial Management
Sales and Marketing skills
Food & Beverage knowledge and Events experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and lead a team
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
10 to 15 years Hospitality experience, minimum 5 years in management
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
Independent, Self-Starter with Entreprenuerial mindset
