🌧️ It feels like only yesterday we were cleaning up after the last storm.
Many homes, businesses, and families across the Garden Route were affected.
Trees came down.
Roofs were damaged.
Properties flooded.
For some people, the work of repairing and rebuilding is still not completely finished.
And now, with another Level 8 weather warning expected to reach our area over the next few days, many of us are once again keeping a close eye on the forecast and hoping for the best.
As a local business, we don't just work in this community—we live here too.
Our team has spent the last few days preparing properties, securing equipment, checking vulnerable areas, and making sure we're ready should the weather take a turn for the worse.
Because looking after a property isn't just about the work we do on the sunny days.
It's about being prepared on the difficult days too.
📸 Here are a few behind-the-scenes photos of our team getting ready for the storm.
To our clients, friends, neighbours, and everyone across the Garden Route:
Please stay safe.
Check on elderly family members.
Secure loose outdoor items.
Travel carefully if conditions worsen.
And most importantly, look after one another.
Communities are strongest when they stand together.
We're hoping this storm passes with minimal impact and that by the weekend we're all sharing stories about how much the forecast overreacted.
Until then, stay safe, Garden Route. 💚
