Good Day All

Please note that I am currently looking for a sub contractor to render General Cleaning & General Maintenance for 7 Business Parks that I'm busy obtaining by one of my clients.

I'm looking for a quotation for 28 Cleaners to render services and what the monthly cost will be for 1 x General Maintenance team for all 7 Business Parks on a monthly basis.

If you are interested to quote on this requirements take the following into account and send me the necessary quotation as soon as possible as I have to submit this latest by end of business on coming Thursday 16 February 2017 to my client.

Scope of Work:

Cleaning of general areas

Sweeping of open areas

Clean and sweep driveways

Clear yard of paper and rubbish (and debris of trees etc)

Cleaning of refuse bins

Landscaping where needed

Wet mop tiled areas

Cleaning of stainless steel balustrades and lifts

Clean and disinfect toilets

Please note that I am looking for a service provider to give me a quotation on arranging a Team Building Day for my VIP Corporate Client and to send me suggestions on what activities will be arranged should I consider your company and why…

We will have between 50 – 100 participants and this will be dependent on what you charge us per head. A definite 50 which should increase dependent on your price per head.

Suggested programme of Team Building Exercise.
Ø Arrive at 08h30
Ø Tea till 09h00
Ø 09h00 activities
Ø 12h00 – 13h00 lunch carvery
Ø 13h00 – 15h00 continue with activities
Ø Do you have a little conference room for us to gather from about 15h00 to 16h00 just to give feedback about the day’s activities and what was learnt?
Ø 16h00 – supper and down time – braai / spitbraai
Ø Day to close off at 21h00 / 22h00

Please could you present me with some activities that you would be keeping us entertained with. Team sports / activities. Remember this is a team building day.

Take note that there needs to be a variety of activities and some people may not feel comfortable doing water activities and some may not feel comfortable doing daring activities. I think there needs to be a balance as team work entails trust and we need to trust each other.
