The Details:
📍 Location: Hybrid (In-person & Remote)
💼 Hours: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hrs/week) Seasonal fluctuations & on-call support during peak periods required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading the Team: Recruiting, scheduling, and supporting our amazing seasonal and year-round cleaning crew. 🧹
Running the Show: Overseeing daily operations, workflows, supply inventory, and quality standards. ✅
Client Connection: Serving as the bridge between property owners and the cleaning teams to ensure 5-star guest readiness. 🤝
Managing the Details: Handling budgets, processing client billing, and running payroll reports. 💻
