7th April last year was a sunny day in Shavington, Nantwich too. Looks like we were having a Land Rover kind of day.

Meet Sully 👋

Our latest in-house project has landed at Macks Garage… and it’s a bit of a legend. A Subaru Impreza Classic with all the right bones and plenty of character. And like most projects we take on, this one is close to our heart.

It isn’t just about fixing a car. It’s about building something properly. Bringing it back: understanding it, improving it, and taking her to a standard we’re proud to put our name on.

If you know these cars, you’ll know they’re not just about looks, they’re about feel. Balance, grip, that unmistakable soundtrack… and when they’re right, they’re very right. Sully’s not there yet, but that’s exactly the point.

We’re going to take you along for the whole journey:

👋 Hi. I'm Mack of Macks Garage.

I have been obsessed with cars, trucks, engines and all thinks automotive since I learnt to walk I think!

I have had many nicknames through my life but the one that has stuck was given to me by my little lad before he even learnt to talk, and it makes total sense it came from his favourite truck - Mack.

I'm not quite ALL about motors, I also love my family, dogs, good coffee, cherry rum and am partial to a Kit Kat Chunky, or 2.
