My client desired her "outside" washer and dryer to be inside and is getting 19 x 13 worth of she space. Her eyes lit up when I suggested adding the window.

I leveled out the floor and it's designed to withstand any water emergencies while adding r21 of insulation.

This client had complained of a sewer gas smell coming from this bathroom. After cleaning the old wax seal it turned out to be a tile and sewer pipe problem. The issues had caused the wax seal to fail. They took advantage and upgraded their thirty year old toilet.
