SOLES D’FLAMENCA es una empresa dedicada a la custodia de llaves, mantenimiento de viviendas y servicio check- in, check-out en la zona de Orihuela costa y Torrevieja.
Ofrecemos servicios adicionales según las necesidades de cada cliente. Haciendo que el cuidado de su vivienda en España sea más fácil.
SERVICIOS BASICOS MENSUALES:
• Ventilación de la propiedad, apertura de puertas y ventanas.
• Comprobación visual de cualquier señal de humedad o moho.
• Comprobación del equipo sanitario, eléctrico y fontanería. (visual)
• Comprobación de la no presencia de insectos y plagas que pudiera haber dentro de lapropiedad.
• Ante cualquier problema contactaremos con el cliente inmediatamente para tomar las medidas apropiadas y resolverlo.
• Envío de Informe con fotografías después de cada visita a la propiedad.
• Recogida de correo.
SERVICIO DE LIMPIEZA
• Limpieza de la vivienda.
• Limpieza y supervisión antes y después del check-in y check-out .
• Limpieza extra en caso de reparación, pintura o cualquier acontecimiento.
• Servicio de lavandería de ropa de cama y toallas.

SERVICIO DE CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT
• Bienvenida y entrega de las llaves a los huéspedes.
• Recepción y despedida de los huéspedes.
• Revisión de la vivienda en el momento de la recepción de llaves
